Chris Kraniotis

Artist Bio

Chris Kraniotis is an artist who lives in Thessaloniki. He studied Social Theology at the Aristotle University, Photography at the Stereosis School of Photography and has obtained a master’s degree in Administration of Cultural Heritage at Hellenic Open University. Since 2010 he is the co-founder of the art school Kristiboni. In 2018 was selected from Athens School of Fine Arts for the photography workshop "Postcards from home". Ιn 2022 he selfpublished “Without Foundations” a photobook which has been exhibited at the Athens Art Book Fair 2023, Bratislava Off Festival (Off libris 2023) and at the First Pinakotheke PhotoBook Fair. He has held 4 solo exhibitions and his participated in several group exhibitions in Greece & abroad. His work “Medium distance” was selected from the Fondazione di Capri for the 15th Edition of the Photography Festival, exhibited at the Museo Certosa di San Giacomo (Sept-Oct 2023).
